I was wanting to know If you were a pastor of a small church and had a chance to but a building for you church to hold weekly church services in and the build has two apartment in it that the church could rent out that would pay for the morgae would you do it with the understanding when the building its paid off the deed to the building would be given to the church?

Yes, God provides ways and avenues for us to to use to further the spread of the gospel. If I have it correctly you would purchase the building using the apartment rent to pay the mortgage. When the mortgage is retired you would give the deed to the church? That would be appropriate for a man of God. Hope I understood your question correctly.

I think what you said sounds like a plan if this was what you prayed for then God has answered sounds like favor to me. Stop questioning it and go with the flow i see no way where your church wont benefit from this just trust God and get all the negative people out your ear and just do it i would if it were me.
