As an intercessor for the nation of Israel and President Obama, I have a tendency to become discouraged. I lead a prayer line for the nation of Israel every morning at 5am central, since 10/16/06 and will continue until the Rapture. Other watchmen on the line pray also. I pray that our President's heart would be turned 360 degrees towards Israel. Another watchmen prays that God would turn his heart away from abortion.(to my knowledge, the President did not invent abortion). How can I intercede for the President without letting my feelings and flesh get in the way? There is so much hatred towards this man, from the Christians. I personally believe it is because of his color, but they say it is because of his stance on abortion. How do I pray, even in my personal time for this man?
It seems that the Christians want him to fail so much and so badly, what is the Lord saying? Why is judgment coming on America per all of the prophets, all because President Obama is in the White House? Please agree with me in prayer that the Lord will give me a strategy to pray for President Obama and Michelle. I do not believe that the Lord hates them, or that he is the anti-christ as some Christians would have one believe!

Thank you! much Shalom to you!!
not "the christians", the white people that dare to call themselves christians want him to fail so badly. shows you exactlywhere they are in HIM, doesn;t it?

obama is just a pawn, just like the rest of us, in GOD's plan.

all these folk praying for obama is a trip to me. we needed them to be praying for the last two presidents then maybe we wouldn't be in this mess today. perhaps GOD would have moved differently.

stay on task and everything will work together for our good because we love GOD & are the called according to HIS purpose.
And not just the so-called white Christians, i see...

Greetings,

Before I get to the abortion subject, I would like to join with you and pray for President Obama, The First Lady Michelle Obama, their two beautiful daughters. President Obama administration also need prayers and support from everyone that believe in their agenda.

The abortion subject:
I"m for adoption rather than abortion, but I clearly understand, President Obama is protecting The Fourteenth Amendment. I think most Christains are up-set about President Obama supporting partial-birth abortion. I heard a few black folks call him the anti-Christ because they refuse to seperate his stance on abortion and his stance on protecting The Fourteenth Amendment. It didn't cost him the election, but with the media shifting more off the war and more on the economy, the economy is the new administration main agenda. A bad economy next election the abortion issue could hurt him more. That's why it's important that every American that voted for President Obama support the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. The Recovery Accountability and Transparency Board will have to look out for fraud, waste and abuse. We don't want any mismanagement problems.

I wonder is every American that's against abortion against killing children across the planet or just the babies in the United States? Of course they are against babies being murdered in other regions, but the reason I asked was because I never hear those groups speak out against babies in other countries being murdered.

Just a thought.

This is from a Summary of Abortion Laws Around the World
http://www.pregnantpause.org/lex/world02.htm
A number of countries have blanket prohibitions of abortion with no exceptions spelled out in the law, but in practice the legal system accepts a defense that the abortion was necessary to save the life of the mother.

Many countries have laws saying that abortion is legal when it is necessary to protect a woman's "health". Pro-abortionists frequently say that this includes or should include "mental health"; pro-lifers just as routinely say that this should include only physical health. Where information is available, the chart reflects the legal system's prevailing interpretation of the law.

Many countries that were once colonies of Britain still give legal recognition to decisions of British courts. British courts have ruled that, despite the letter of the law, abortion must be permitted in cases where a woman and/or her doctor claim that the pregnancy endangers the woman's physical or mental health. Therefore, not only Britain but also many of her former colonies routinely allow abortion in such cases, even though the written law provides no such exceptions.

Perhaps the most common is a requirement that the woman's husband consent to the abortion. (Such laws usually say that if the girl is not married and under age, her parents must consent instead.) Most Moslem countries have this restriction.

In Ecuador, abortion is allowed in cases of rape, but only if the woman is mentally retarded or insane.

In Luxembourg, she must be given information about alternatives. A few other countries have counseling
requirements, but most of these are pretty vague and easy to meet. On paper, at least, Luxembourg's sounded like it might really mean something, and so was the only one that we felt justified an "R".

Slovakia generally prohibits multiple abortions within a six month period.

We did not consider it an additional restriction when a woman is required to get a doctor, psychologist, social worker, or other professional to certify that the abortion is necessary. We reasoned that this simply means that she must give some evidence that she has, in fact, met the requirements of the law. Indeed, in many cases it is an empty requirement: if the legal system simply takes the doctor's word for it, she can simply "shop around" until she finds someone willing to make the certification. This is certainly not always true -- in

Germany, for example, such a certification requirement appears to prevent many abortions because most doctors are unwilling to participate in an abortion even to that extent.

This chart summarizes the abortion laws of almost every country in the world. The chart indicates when abortion is legal in each country. You can look at the chart here>http://www.pregnantpause.org/lex/world02.htm

Anthony Smith
