Can you really speak things into existence?


Scripture states Romans 4:17 (King James Version)

17: As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations, before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.

Scritpure states Mark 11:22-24 (King James Version)

22 And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.

23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

Matthew 7:7-8 (King James Version)

7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.


These are 3 of the scriptures that have been use in the Churches to enlighten us that what you speak in Faith it will happen. Beleive and Receive has been planted in beleivers mind and heart........there has been many times when beleivers get discourage because nothing has transpire ask quickly as they wanted it to be....then the slogan come in and try to encouage those.. and say "Well God won't come when you want him to, but hes right on time"

The scripture hold true and we are not going to kick againist it.... But Why do you think things don't happen as fast or even at all when you are using the Faith that you have to speak thing in prayer..

Is it a lack of Faith

Is it a lack of Knowlege of how to speak

Slap your neighbour a high 5 and a say I'm too blessed to be stress,............. Or spin around 3 times and say i'm coming out of this...............................If you give 100 dollars God is going to double it...

I heard many of times of people saying, I did what the preacher said.. and i'm still in the same rut... I know I have faith.. but I don't understand why it's not working........


Many of times Saints just don't know how to operate there faith... Not only That.. Some preachers don't spend the time to Teach them.. It's more then just speaking ... you have to beleive in your heart also..... that God is able to Deliver you and Give just what you need......

Roman 10:17 states " So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God"

We have to stand on God Word that what ever we ask in Prayer God will give it to you.....

I am a witness that faith in God will pay off always, we believe in the unseen according to the will of God, what we speak with our mouths affects our lives when situations seem dead, we can speak life to it, but not without faith, and sometimes faith is "going through" knowing that you will come out alright.

I do not and will not recieve negativity from anyone in reference to myself or my work for the Lord, critiquing, positive criticism, chastisement... are different from negativity.

I agree with Rev. Luckett one hundred percent! sometimes we are not ready for the things that we ask for or want, and our Heavenly Father knows that. If what we are asking is in God's will, HE is simply preparing us for that perfect time. We understand at that time why not earlier.

Question.. How do one knows if it's God's Will or not.???

The bible states..In Luke 12 28-31

28 If then God so clothe the grass, which is to day in the field, and to morrow is cast into the oven; how much more will he clothe you, O ye of little faith? 29 And seek not ye what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink, neither be ye of doubtful mind. 30 For all these things do the nations of the world seek after: and your Father knoweth that ye have need of these things. 31 But rather seek ye the kingdom of God; and all these things shall be added unto you.

That's his will..... for us to Seek Ye the kingdom of God...... and the kindgom of God is ...Roman 14:17

17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.

Rev. let me ask you question, I understand that riches are determined by an individuals perception. Who are the ones that are to be in poverty if any??? asking sincerely, because there needs to be balance, I don't see a child of God allllllllllllllways in the valley.

We have benefits in Christ Jesus right here on earth as well.
We have healing in His Name, prosperity in His Name, we have peace in His Name, we have joy in His Name.....

We as children of God need to walk on this earth as Children of God, not living according to this world's system and not in bondage to it's woes.

We have our trials as well, but deal with them with a victory mindset.

Rom 8:36

As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.

37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

what are we waiting on? we should be declaring victory in our lives through Jesus now!

I Agree with this statement.......what i'm saying is that one doesn't have to have the house, car, and bank account to be prosperous in the Lord

Know what really mess some of us up.. is these prosperity messages........and some saints feel that if they don't have money in the bank,....or can't make ends meets...they think they are not bless....There is more than having a Benz in the yard and a two story house and 4 to 5 bank accounts....What about your health and Strength...?? just to have a roof over your head.... and food on your table....


The bible states in John 12.8 "You will always have the poor among you, but you will not always have me.... yes there will be some that will go lacking..that doesn't mean that God doesn't Cares!!!.....Yes God want us to enjoy life on this earth...enjoy the things that you are able to get....but just don't think that is the Good Life.....

To answer your question, Evangelist, "yes we can" speak things into existence. I personally have countless testimonies of where I have desired things in my heart, spoke them from my mouth and they have manifested "in time".

What I've learned over the years is that God granted them to me when he felt I was ready to receive them. Those times have taught me great lessons on patience and how to position my heart, my mind and my mouth, while I wait. Its been during those times that I have and yet learn a great deal about "me" because we all know the true us is revealed under squeeze. As children of God we have this mentality of "Daddy give it to me now" and he's suppose to drop it out of the sky when in reality most of us didn't raise our own children that way. We taught them how to earn it so they would know how to appreciate it because sweat equity creates a more real and personal value.

Seeing God manifest my heart desires has caused me to trust him more and more each time. We have a relationship and a history together. He's truly been a mother and father to me, from birth. The scripture that says when your mother and father forsake you, the Lord will take you up, is true. I "know" that he is going to come thru for me. Its not a verse of a song or church cliche' for me, it is real!

I really believe that the heart of God is moved by our steadfast faith and trust in him. I could go on and on with this subject but I will stop right here by saying to anyone struggling in this area to wait on him and reposition yourself while you wait.
