Than the signs would jump out at me, but I didn't know enough about mental illness, I really knew nothing about schizophrenia, erotomania, bipolar disorder, psychosis. She would say she saw shadows in her bedroom and that she heard voices, I laughed at that, thinking she was acting like a lil' girl, a monster in her closet kind of thing, you know, she also became very possessive and very emotional all the time, besides the over the top emotional part,the possessive part, I thought was the norm. She would always ask me to spend the night all the time, that was the norm. After she was exposed a lil' she supposedly died from sickle cell anemia. I know I don't have to expose myself like this but men act like a female stalker is not that serious. Like I said before, Heather Wall was very discreet about it she never pursued the any activity, there was no contact since 99', no e-mails, no phone calls she stalked me in other cities in 04' & 05' at UCLA, really don't know what that was about there is no way in hell, and believe me this ant hate, we will ever be together or I would want to speak to someone like that. She stalked me when I would visit USC, and in Phila at Temple University, she may have hired a privet investigator, because this was no coincidence. I spoke to women I dated in the past, I love & respected them after the relationship was over, we would hang-out, so I'm not tripping over seeing a ex-girlfriend. To get back to the discreet part, this might be related to the comparatively small physical stature of her. She may have been less confident in her physical prowess, and therefore she avoid conspicuous situations. Where a male stalker might come right out and obviously follow his target, a female stalker will hide in the shadows to avoid detection. Mine was an intimacy & resentful stalker. I thought after the break-up she got on with her life. And about them spreading stories about me beating her if you date someone for 9 months and you grab them, for 2 second, twice out of 9 months, that's putting your hands on them, it's not a smack or a punch, to me a grab is not domestic violence. Of course, if your a African American male after the relationship is over you could look like a woman beater.

She is not above hiring someone to play in her drama charade.

I did have a fight with my sister back in 1994. I was never charged with domestic violence, she was using drugs and I found out.

I Pray that someday they understand that money and limos & paying folks to lie will never cover-up the fact that they set-up a innocent person with the intentions to destroy that persons life and than tried to have a public court to judge. The stalking is still going on ask anybody at case Western Reserve University, Cleveland State University & John Carroll University. And it maybe a lot more to this story. Ro Burks is one of those types that try to act like a high roller, but is a 40 year old suburb spoiled man.

The community in Cleveland, Ohio already aware of this and since this has been going on for over 6 years I'm done, I know it's a matter of time before I'm set-up again. I saw someone who knew me since I was a teenager,I explained a lil' of what happened, he agreed because he knows some of the parties involved. I'm not sure why this is going on and have no control over what's going on. I do know money is "POWER" and wealth can buy a lot of respect & favors. I know people are more likely to agree with and listen to someone with wealth rather than someone without which gives them "Power" in numbers. People don't go out their way to do anything without reason the only reason I had for my ex-girlfriend following me around was because there was a Super lotto ticket in my truck back in 08/20/1999, the Super lotto has changed to the mega million, which is like Ohio's Powerball lotto. Money is the only reason I could see why this was going on, but I had none and made none with anyone mentioned above, I wasn't involved in any illegal activity and really had lil' or no contact with people mentioned above. I was never concerned or cared about government informants or snitches before any of this. I feel the The Justice Dept. should make all government informants take a polygraph test,[lie detector test.] So that the judge and jury want send a overwhelmingly number of poor people to prison who are innocent or may have been innocent and hard working before the Federal Government got a hold of them. I know this is very hard to believe & read, if you mad it this far. It would be hard for me to read and believe any of this if it happened to someone else, no one want to believe there is corruption in law enforcement, Government or any organization that their a member of but, this is also very much true.

Court number A-06-259M [D.D.C. CR-98-399 Public defender who handled the case William H. Ibbotson [512]916-5025. In Texas, the U.S. Marshals fingerprinted and photographed Anthony Smith as someone named Antoine Smith a convicted felon, that warrant moved from Dallas Texas to Washington DC, Anthony Smith social security card and Birth certificate came up missing from the county jail.
They lied in Anthony face and to the nurse.

There is nothing you can do when your in the a corrupt US Marshals custody.
Than they took Anthony Smith to a county jail to be finger printed and photographed, again, as Antoine Smith after Anthony Smith had an identity hearing the judge at the hearing said, "this was the strangest thing that ever happened in his court room," they tried the same thing in Boston MA.

This time Anthony Smith was held longer Anthony Smith & was placed in a mental hospital, to get out of the State mental hospital, Anthony Smith had to write to his Public Defender William H. Ibbotson, to prove he was Anthony Smith and they wanted Anthony to say, "he no longer feel the government was after him," they mentioned that first to Anthony, Anthony never mentioned anything about the government being after him. And can take a polygraph test,[lie detector test] to back this up. Anthony was never a threat to himself or others Anthony was set-up by a U.S. Marshals in 2006 and 2007. I do feel I have to explain myself because my face is posted next to my threads & I know some of you may belong to a Mason Scottish Rite or York Rite lodge many members belong to a Church or you may belong to a fraternity or sorority & you may have recognized my face.

I'm not saying folks use Eastern Star lodges and Scottish Rite or York Rite lodges to frame or set-up people because most members couldn't or don't have enough money to pull it off. Even though there are many poor white & black & other ethnic group Masons, living below middle class in every city and country there are many that live middle class and above middle class, working in all fields of employment from the highest to the lowest job market. But, one thing is certain all members have to pay due money and the higher the degrees the more your due money go up so you would have to live in a lil' above middle or middle class or above middle class to be in these lodges. So in the beginning you see it's about Dollars & Cents & in the end it's going to be about Dollars & Cents.

Look, I'm not saying the world is after me because no one is physically trying to hurt me, In fact, most of these folks will tell you we don't speak even though we are related and we never really see each other. You know the best way to hurt someone is by acting like you deeply care about them & hope they get their life together. I wouldn't trust my mother, brother or sister, not when it comes to someone else in the family with money trying to destroy me.

I realize now that the reason I was followed since 00' by the parties involved was to stop me from making a living, I wouldn't be able to defend myself besides no one will believe or trust someone who is living below middle class, not while the parties involved are living above middle class and have a connection with family members that can make you look what ever they wanted you to look like. I had a high level position at my job for many years before 99' having nothing on my police record but a traffic ticket before 00' it was hard convincing folks something was wrong with me. Between 00' & the present, I have been stopped by the police & university security over 23 times in different cities.
It was hard to set me up, but after many years it worked, if you are convicted of a crime, set-up, or not set-up, your not going to be able to find work, & with a gap in my employment it does not help matters. The parties involved have broken laws manipulated the Justice department and after they was found out they manipulated police, security, judges, psychologist, students, lodge & sororities members, churches along with other organizations with donations & gifts. Why would the parties involved do something like this? Why would parties involved risk their carriers, MONEY! but I didn't have a lot of money when this game started back in 99' to the present day, I only had a Super lottery ticket that was taken out of my truck, the Super lottery was like the Mega Million jackpot before they changed it to the Mega Million after 00'. I'm not saying I won because that's something I never thought about until I had to come up with a reason why, guess you can say I was lucky, I was lucky the parties involved are spineless, gutless cowards to much of a coward to have me murdered, unless It's in a way that look like a mistake, like have me placed in a mental hospital and give me over medication. They have the power to do something like this, very much so. I don't think the local police will try anything because they want get paid enough. I car, a cruise, vacation, cash gift want be enough for them to commit murder, setting me up to be placed in prison would be easy. Using the Cleveland probation office would be real easy, they don't make that much money. The funny thing is that the parties involved are trying to convince people to reject the fact that I was followed & set-up, but here's the funny part, they can't convince them selfs, so who are they fooling, not me, not them selfs & no one cares what I know.
