No God has not changed HIS word on leadership, it is the divine order that men be the head, the scripture that you have presented is one that has many confused because of the lack of study.

First and foremost what does the word usurp mean, to seize, there are many women who are put into leadership positions by GOD, because of the lack of men to lead. They have not seized anything from them, they are not there.

Not contrary to the Word, for the Word states that they should not USURP (seize)the authority of the man (this YOU did not address?) If it is the man that ordains these women into Pastoral or Bishop offices, then they are in right standing with God.
