Is getting tattooed okay for young and older femles in the Kingdom of God?

What's your opinion? Is it okay for young and older femles in the church, (members, leaders, preachers) to get tattotted from head to toe? Pierce their noses, lips & mouths and still represent holiness?--Kingdom Charm School/Awaken the Virtue, Class&Grace
