Black Power versus Satanic Power...

Ephesians 6 reminds us that our warfare is not against flesh and blood but against the principalities, against the rulers darkness and demonic powers. I believe that many within the black community have been seduced and deceived into thinking that the racial divide within our country and the world is primarily cultural,historical and human based.

I heard a message by Bill Winston in his series about Kingdom minded success. He talked about the purchase of the shopping center where his church is. He learned that the owners along with others did not want anyone black to purchase it. He immediately told the person" I don't know what you are talking about, I am a Kingdom man, (One who walks and lives in the spirit realm, led by godly principles and precepts.) .This made me think more about how the enemy seeks to steal, kill and to destroy. As we who are of normal sensibility, know that something deeper is happening within the world, more than the normal human interaction.

Folks we are in real spiritual warfare. This is why I HATE the entertainment factor in the church. We are or should be about our Father's business. We have no time for games or the slieght of hand or speech. People's lives, destinies and legacies are at stake. We must begin to empower, educate,elavate, encourage and exhort people that belong to God.

Concerning the "Black Power" issue, yes, it is true that Black america and the black disaspora has been placed on the low end of the totem pole but we have been equipped with such giftings that if we unite and come together God's way, we will be a dynamic and collective force that changes the world and generations.

The devil has stolen from black people as far back as Africa and the great civilizations there. Did you know that everything that Satan has stolen from your lineage is yours. It will not be returned to you by having some demonstration or shouting Black Power. It will be returned by walking in and using the principals, power and authority that God has given you by His word and by His spirit. You also can and must command Satan to return these things to you and your familiy by your authority.

Now don't get me wrong. There is a place in our history for the Black power movement and I am grateful but now God is maturing people to warfare first before we need demonstrations.

Pastor Samuels, I recently shared with someone that my great-grandfather once owned the township in which we reside. A descendent one of the caucasians who swindled it from him (because of his trust in them) shared with me that she has proof that the land is rightfully ours. So, I told my friend that I'm on a quest to recover what should have been at our disposal generationally. I am requiring that the enemy pay us back what is owed!!!

Brother, I agree that to much is placed on the people who commit the acts of racism rather that the spirit behind the problem. But, I have one question? Where scripture did you get that satan will have to pay back seven times what he stole from us.

But in most cases we have lost things because of sin. Can you please give me scriptural reference pertaining to the 7 times mentioned for the return of the stuff the devil stole. (I hope that made sense,LOL).

@Luis...Hello man of God. The word reminds us that the devil must retrun everything that he has stolen 7 times. Because God deals with generations(because when God leads us to do a thing or blesses us, it is not just for us, it is also for those who will come after us. ""Leave an inheritance to your children's children".... There are many examples in the word of God's heart concerning this. The devil through slavery, through premature death of our past generations and other ways, the devil stole. Just like Abraham's faith....its generational, we are saved because of Abrahams faith. We are Abrahams seed (by our faith)....I can get into this more later. The converse is true, everything that belonged to us that should have been passed done generationally, we have a right,(no duty) to command the devil to release those blessings. They will be restored through men, opportunties and other ways that God deems. But we must appropriate our faith to receive the manifest blessings that belong to us and future generations...

Man of God as usual you have thought provoking messages and this one is no exception! I'm so moved by this one because I've often had to say it's not about my skin color or race but about the kingdom! We've got to be kingdom minded in this last hour! keep preaching and challenging the people of God it's so very needed!
