Good Morning World! There comes a time in each of our lives when we will be faced with a simple decision. Either we believe God & His Word or we don't. That decision can mean the difference between accomplishing the goal or not, walking in destiny or not & yes, even living or not. The test? Be able to say yes I believe for small things. When the high stakes day arrives, our hearts are not troubled. Have a great day!

Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed. John 20:29

But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name. John 20:31

esus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth. Mark 9:23

“The outer conditions of a person's life will always be found to reflect their inner beliefs” James Allen

What is the point of this?

This sounds like a fortune cookie...
Did you only read the title and stop? Quite the contrary...anything that is not of faith is sin. Simple as that. It is impossible to please Him without it. Often, what we believe for doesn't really require faith, Paul said that we have to believe Him for the things that we cannot do for ourselves because if we can do it ourselves faith is not required. Thanks for asking, thought it might be a good idea to read with comprehension.
What is the biblical definition of sin?
Listen, you get no arguments out of me that we are to live according to the commandments of God. In fact, we are called to live a life of Godliness, be ye Holy as He is Holy. However, as we are to love Him, Jesus said he gave us a new commandment that is to love one another. I do not see how roaming about the internet seeking to antagonize the Body of Christ with random proclamations on blogs accomplishes anything. Is that your ministry?

1John 5:1-3 Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him. By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments. For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.

2Timothy 4:1-5 I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.

2Corinthians 11:6-8 But though I be rude in speech, yet not in knowledge; but we have been throughly made manifest among you in all things. Have I committed an offence in abasing myself that ye might be exalted, because I have preached to you the gospel of God freely? I robbed other churches, taking wages of them, to do you service.
