Nicodemus (Greek: Νικόδημος) was a Pharisee and a member of the Sanhedrin, who, according to the Gospel of John, showed favour to Jesus. He appears three times in the Gospel: the first is when he visits Jesus one night to listen to his teachings (John 3:1-21); the second is when he states the law concerning the arrest of Jesus during the Feast of Tabernacles (John 7:45-51); and the last follows the Crucifixion, when he assists Joseph of Arimathea in preparing the corpse of Jesus for burial (John 19:39-42).

the story around nicodemus: indicates the prerequisites  Re: Birth not rebirth---there in no such latin word as rebirth and the impossibility of being reborn is not even the issue.

Re: Birth is the issue...or Birth is the issue...

as long as people refuse to find the root of a matter they will never matter...

Nicodemus did everything he had to do to prove he was born of God and not of man/flesh...

listened to jesus teachings

put jesus on notice of the laws (warned him)

help with his burial

those three points alone demonstrate no speculator set of things but a logical process in the maturity toward Deus.

to tarry on the holy ghost means to wait---only those not born of Deus of God has to wait...

death by water baptism is mere symbolism---as jesus was saved not by the water but before the water...

the tradations of man have taken over not only the church but the very reference books of the church...

the sad thing is a breif glismp at usa history could tell the world so much more than some obscure names and places in faraway times...in libilous books

moreover, because the preacher was wise, he still taught the people knowledge; yea, he gave good heed, and sought out, and set in order many proverbs.

10The preacher sought to find out acceptable words: and that which was written was upright, even words of truth.

11The words of the wise are as goads, and as nails fastened by the masters of assemblies, which are given from one shepherd.

12And further, by these, my son, be admonished: of making many books there is no end; and much study is a weariness of the flesh.

13Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.

14For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.

therefore the thought that a book is true is pure conjecture---there is noway one can attest to the truth of anything written by a man (including this post) unless they have the power of Deus...
