Most Black churches have one thing in common, NO MEN! I have heard black pastor’s talk about how much more cooperative women are than men are when leading them. I think this is an excuse to not have to deal with the strong personalities of men. Men are born to lead and deal with problems. Many pastors are insecure and don’t like having strong men in their churches, and that is why their churches are dying! David led Israel primarily due to the fact…

Rome's Challenge: Why do Protestants keep Sunday?
Most Christians assume that Sunday is the biblically approved day of worship. The Roman Catholic Church protests that, indeed, it is not. The Roman Catholic Church itself without any Scriptural authority from God transferred Christian worship from the Biblical Sabbath (Saturday) to Sunday, by the command of the pagan Roman Emperor Constantine in 325 AD; and that to try to argue that the change was made in the Bible is…

Praise the Lord, I hope you find your true place in God after this revelation of who you really are. Before I get started my only source of instructions is the bible I don't believe in stealing any man SERMONS. I'm not a Pastor but God has laid his church in my heart deeply so I'm very concern with the way we present ourselves to the people that isn't saved. Do you remember that scripture that saids; Who made you believe a lie instead of the truth and why do you stand in jeopardy every hour.…

Pornography is over an eighty billion dollar a year industry in America. Why? Sex is one of Satan’s greatest snares. (maybe the greatest) From Noah to Solomon, great men have fallen into the trap of sexual sin. The sin of adultery has contributed to more divorces than any other one. Adultery breaks the marriage covenant! Satan wants fathers out of the home at any cost. Satan knows the chances of children becoming a problem will increase when dad…

In the hospital the relatives gathered in the waiting room, where their family member lay gravely ill.
Finally, the doctor came in looking tired and somber.
'I'm afraid I'm the bearer of bad news,' he said as he surveyed the worried faces.
'The only hope left for your loved one at this time is a brain transplant. It's an experimental procedure, very risky but it is the only hope. Insurance will cover the procedure, but you will have to pay for the brain…

Pearson explains how he first began to formulate his break from orthodoxy. In 2002, he told Charisma magazine that he "first started thinking about the inclusive doctrine after reading E.W. Kenyon's writings more than 25 years ago." Once, something said by a guest on TBN resonated with Pearson, and he began to turn it over in his mind. The quote stuck with him, and it has become the oft-cited line: "The world is already saved, they just don't know…

" 'Neglect' is enough to ruin a man. A man who is in business need not commit forgery or robbery to ruin himself; he has only to 'neglect' his business, and his ruin is certain. A man who is lying on a bed of sickness, need not cut his throat to destroy himself, he has only to 'neglect' the means of restoration, and he will be ruined. A man floating in a skiff above Niagara, need not move an oar or make an effort to destroy himself; he has only to 'neglect' using the oar at the proper time, and…

I hear the Lord saying you’re passing through. Many of you have come to a territory of the enemy. This place is a place of bondage. The thing that is most awesome about it you were sent to be in this place for a season to serve strange people by God. This place was a place of developing just as God did with Moses so He did with you. Often times you felt enslaved in this place. I’ve come to tell you today the Lord says begin to speak to that place. This place for some of could be a job,…

There are many different types of preaching. Generally they can be divided into five categories, though you must realize that sometimes a single preacher can utilize multiple styles even in a single message. The five main types are:
Anecdotal – Preaching based primarily on the recounting of stories which convey a moral lesson.
Biographical – Preaching that provides a biography of a person and draws moral lessons from the person’s life.
Topical –…

John 7:46 The officers answered, Never man spake like this man. (KJV) Saints and Friends let me give you four illsutration why the Lord is still speaking. (1) The Lord is still speaking to the oppressed, simply because people are being tortured by Satan through drugs, alcohol, and sexual immorality and various Sins. These people are weak and in some ways have gave up and believes they can't be helped, because Satan has clouded their vision, but I declare The Lord Is Still…

It should come as no surprise that the early congregations of Christianity were financed the same way the early Israelite society was financed—through a free-will offering, which according to Moses, was more than ample to provide that which was needed.
"Men and women, as many as were willing hearted, brought bracelets, and earrings, rings, and tablets, all jewels of gold ...the children of Israel brought a willing offering unto the Lord ... They brought yet unto him (Moses) free… Continue

The New Testament teachings on giving are unpretentiously simplistic involving the heart and not some law:
"…freely ye have received, freely give" (Matt. 10:8b).
"Give to him that asks you, and from him that would borrow of you turn not thou away" (Matt. 5:42).
"The churches in Macedonia and Achaia, you see, have thought it a good thing to make a contribution towards the poor Christians in Jerusalem. They have decided to do this, and indeed they owe it to them.…

Luke 16:13 (NIV) "No servant can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and Money."
There is a demonic spirit running rampant in thousands of pulpits in America, and many in the Body of Christ are taken captive by its seductive message. Yes I am talking about the Prosperity Gospel…which ISN’T THE Gospel of Jesus Christ. I realize…

I was stationed at Dover AFB in November 1978 when the dead bodies came to be placed in the largest mortuary on the East Coast. There were so many bodies the First Sergeants had to wake many of us up at 3 AM to help unload bodies off of the C-5/A aircrafts and move furniture to make room. I will never forget the stench of death at Dover that week.
I received a Commendation medal for helping move bodies and equipment. That was…

Many people doubt the Bible for various reasons. One of them is that the Bible is not accurate scientifically. But this just isn't so. The Bible is not a book about science, but when it does speak scientifically, it is accurate. In fact, it was far ahead of any other writing of its time. Please consider the following:
The Shape of the Earth
"He sits enthroned above the circle of the earth, and its people are like grasshoppers. He…
