IT IS YOUR SEASON INDEED

It’s amazing how many people are in expectancy and excitement
about a new season to come in their life.
Of course if we are in a season of drought, trials and tests so to speak,
we would all love for a new season or a change to happen in our lives.
But what about experiencing joy, happiness and the peace and blessings
of the Lord right where you are at, in the season that you are in.

Whether in the desert or the heat of the storm, we can still have peace
and we still can have joy. But the only way that we can have it is
that we do not allow ourselves to be consumed by the circumstances and
opposition that is going on in our life. With growth, maturity and time,
we learn to maintain our peace, joy and strength even in the times of difficulty.
When our hope and trust in solidly rooted and grounded in God’s love, and care
for our lives, it is then that we will find ourselves unshakeable and unmovable
in our faith, love and commitment to Him and the things that He has given us to do.

Be not weary in well doing, for you shall reap if you faint not says the Lord.
The promises of the Lord are faithful, true and have no expiration date on them
until they come to pass in our lives. His word and promises give us something
to look forward to, something to hold on to, when every things is is failing,
wavering, sinking or coming to an end.

We can have a sure hope because we have a sure word.
We have a sure word when it is from a sure God, a God who is in covenant with us,
and a God who keeps his covenant forever.
Psalms 111::9 reads “…He has commanded His commandment forever.”
Forever God’s word is good, forever God’s word is great.
Forever God’s word if faithful and forever shall His word come to pass.

Hold on to the word of God.
Hold on to the promises of God.
Hold on to everything that the Lord has spoken or shown you.
Hold on to every word that God has given you through others.
And know that every season in your life is a good season,
whether you like it or not, whether it feels good or not.
And whatever season that you are in right now,
that season is your season.
It is a season that has been timed and orchestrated and set by God.
It is a season for you to learn, grow in your faith, and trust in the Lord.
It is a season for you to experience God’s grace, love and patience with you.
It is a season for you to stretch your faith to the limits,
to go right over the cliff with it.

Find God in your season that you are in right now.
and when you find God in your season,
there, in that place, you will find His peace and His assurance,
that everything already, is alright,
You will be confident that absolutely everything is working
meticulously together according to God’s good and great plan
that He designed with a purpose for your life.
Your season whatever it may be, now takes on a significant meaning
that you are in a season with a great purpose,
and it will be a season that you can embrace not grudgingly.

Indeed it is your season.
And as it is with every season, summer, fall, winter and spring,
there is a beauty in all of them.
Find God and believe God, and you will find the beauty of your season,
that will cause you to praise God and sing a new song unto Him.
Rejoice and be exceedingly glad.
Dance and celebrate
because all that is going on in your life that seems to be difficult,
challenging, stressful and the like,
will be the same things that will fill your soul with joy
and your mouth with laughter says the Lord.
