"Concerning this temple which you are building, if you walk in My statutes, execute My judgements, keep all My commandments, and walk in them, then I will perform My word with you, which I spoke to your father David." ~ 1 Kings 6:12
I pray we all strive to walk in Unity daily.

As you go about your day today, don't just "mind-less-LY do things...THINK. One thing is for sure...somebody IS going to offend you today. Somebody IS going to deceive you today. Somebody IS going to hurt you today. Somebody IS going to abuse your trust and love today. But THINK about your response.
"But I say to you WHO HEAR: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who spitefully use you." ~ Luke 6:27-28

Because when we take matters into our own hands, when we make emotional decision to "get back" it's going to always lead us in a bad place, and we will find ourselves calling out to the Lord to rescue us. And the Lord has said...

"But why do you call Me "Lord, Lord", and not do the things which I say?" Luke 6:46

Let's walk today as if we were taught how to walk...in love and in Spirit.

Enjoy your day today and THINK as you WALK.

What are some things you do to keep your spouse happy? My hubby get's up at 5:00 am to get ready for work, I don't have to get up until 7:00 am, but I get up to have coffee with him. He really appreciates that. But...then I can't go back to sleep. Maybe that's the way God design things because that is when I spend my time with the Lord : )

These past few months have truly been a challenge. But I have been standing on the Promises of God. I have realized that it is truly a blessing to be in my situation because not only is HE my strength when I am weak (knowing for a fact HE is with me), but I know I am being transformed. Well, yesterday I was thinking ; ) and I asked the Lord if I was pleasing in His site with my responses to my life right now, because when you start thinking, sometimes if you don't protect your thoughts, they will go waaaayyyy to the left. But, as I said, this is what I asked the Lord in prayer yesterday.
I come into the office today early as I do. I like to come in early to let the Holy Spirit fill the place. I play my gospel music or my sermon LOUD, I do a little cleaning or check my emails, just to get my mind right. My first client of the day comes in, and she is working with my assistant. And she asked the most wonderful question in the world...she said to my assistant..."I have been speaking with Sonya all week on the phone trying to make sure I am getting what I need in order to be properly covered (I sell insurance), and she has been so helpful and honest. Then I come in, and after looking around the office and having a feeling of "Peace"...is she a Christian?" Now this may seem crazy to everyone, but this was such a message from God to me. She was used to deliver a personal message to me from Our Father, that "Yes, you are pleasing in my sight." This was the encouragement I needed, this morning, to keep fighting the good fight. Because no matter what my situation looks like, GOD is STILL in control!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE enjoy this day, that OUR LORD has made.

"But Jesus said to him, "No one, having put his hand to the plow, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God." ~ Luke 9:62
Do you see the danger? How often do you live life...looking back?

Do not deceive yourselves. If any one of you thinks he is wise by the standards of this age, he should become a "fool" so that he may become wise. For the wisdom of this world is foolishness in God's sight. As it is written: "He catches the wise in their craftiness"; and again, "The Lord knows that the thoughts of the wise are futile." So then, no more boasting about men! All things are yours, whether Paul or Apollos or Cephas or the world or life or death or the present or the futhre' all are yours, and you are of Christ, and Christ is of God." ~1 Corinthians 3:18-23

Today is a new day, with us having the opportunity to learn more of our saviour. Don't miss your opportunity to learn because you think you already know. Stay encouraged and focused on the Kingdom.

Faded Beauty

Charm can mislead and beauty soon fades. The woman to be admired and praised, is the woman who lives in the fear-of-God., Proverbs 31:30...not preoccupied and obsessed with her facade...high end boutiques and day spas. Rather than caring for her family and working hard...for the money. They say, "why bother honey!" When I can exploit my sexuality...for all that it can get me...my bills paid and shopping sprees. But unbeknown to them...their damaging their self respect and reputation. Not admired by the King...as a queen...but a concubine...who let mortal men rob her blind...with that same old tried line...."Baby you so fine!" a mantra that has blown the beloveds mind....from the being of time. Mislead and to think her beauty...could out shine, her duty...to God. Rather wait for her looks to fade...get played, pregnant or contract aides...before they seek His aide...gotta be disperse before they prayed. Now, no one wants to praise....take her home to Momma, to gaze...upon her bought and paid...for beauty. And no, there is nothing wrong with lovely things...but better is the praise of our Heavenly King...husbands and that which, our children sing.

Some prefer the charmed life,

Beloved, I implore you as aliens and strangers and exiles (in the world) to abstain from sensual urges (the evil desires, the passions of the flesh, your lower nature) that wage war against the soul., 1 Peter 2:11...drive sexual predators to patrol...lark in the oddest places, like trolls. From public restrooms to social networks, where they scroll...the menu. For there is no safe venue...the church building to the class room...there too, perverts loom. Ravines lions, roaming the streets, for something innocent to eat...and little boys and girls, make tasty treats. Yes, they seek...to feast upon the meek...so, aggressively I must preach...no time to be embarrassed or discrete! For my beloved, the devil will get no chance to eat. Because Momma, plans to beat...him at his own game...pray and rebuke his legions in Jesus name...and teach my children to do the same. Scream at the top of their lungs...and run, from evil! Put your trust in God, not people...who will try and pull the wool...over their eyes...tell the native, lies...to get them to comply So, I choice to advise...wage war and watch dateline...on a regular!

Life has become stranger than fiction,

Hello, I new here, not just this site, but the network itself. I am single, (divorced) and lonely. I have been divorced for many years, but I desire a husband, but the ones who claim to be saved and filled turn out to be just like the men in the world. Ladies, are they any "real" saved and single men left in my age group (I'm 53)?
