Is The Trinity Biblical?

The Trinity is a basic doctrine of orthodox Christianity. Yet the word "Trinity" is not found anywhere in the Bible. Is the doctrine of the Trinity really biblical?
The doctrine of the Trinity says that there is one All Mighty One (God) who exists eternally as three distinct persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. I can assure you that the elements of this doctrine are all taken directly from the Bible.
The first plank of the Trinitarian platform is that there is only one All Mighty One (God). The Bible could not be more explicit on this point, which it states explicitly about two dozen times. In Isaiah 44:8 Yahweh (The LORD) says that even He does not know of any other (mighty ones)gods!
Yahshua (Jesus) often spoke of the All Mighty One (God) as His Father, and the apostles frequently spoke of "the Almighty One (God) the Father." But the New Testament also insists that Yahshua (Jesus) is The Almighty One (God). For example, Thomas acknowledged Yahshua (Jesus) as, "My Lord(master) and my Almighty One (God)" (John 20:28), and both Peter and Paul spoke of Yahshua (Jesus) as "our All Mighty One (God) and Savior" (2 Pet. 1:1; Tit. 2:13). Yet the New Testament also makes the distinction between the Father and the Son as two very different persons. In fact they tell us that they love one another, speak to each other, and seek to glorify each other (e.g., John 17: 1-26).
The Old Testament refers often to the Holy Spirit as The Almighty One (God) at work in the world, without distinction from the Father. But Yahshua (Jesus) in John 14 to 16 explained that this Holy Spirit would be sent by the Father at the Messiah’s (Christ's) request. The Holy Spirit would teach and guide the disciples, not speaking on His own initiative, but speaking on the Messiah’s 9Christ's) behalf and glorifying The messiah (Christ). Thus, the Holy Spirit is revealed by The Messiah (Christ) to be a third person distinct from the Father and distinct from the Son.
In short, the doctrine of the Trinity is completely and totally biblical, and it is essential that all the Followers of the Messiah Yahshua (Christians) give assent to this doctrine.

Well Said Rest Of God! To deny the apostles teaching is denying the bible itself. It's so simple. I thank God for His Glorious truth! Amen.
(Mock Verses for the doctrine of Trinity)

19. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of Leroy, and of Poochie, and of Omar:

or

19. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of Jeff, and of Tom, and of Jethro:

19. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of Mike, and of Bill, and of Al Capone:

Anyone can just fill in the blanks when you baptize just using titles. There are many fathers and many sons. This was understood by the Apostles and therefore they knew to baptize in the name of The Lord Jesus Christ.
As you see it I guess. But by omitting the name of Jesus, there is NO REMISSION OF SINS.

Brother Byron pointed out earlier that the Devil was also called Father. But I am sure you knew that. Father has not power, in and of itself, but the Name of Jesus is the name in which the family of heaven and earth are named.
I find it interesting that you call the Apostles Doctrine a cult. I wonder how Jesus feels about that.
To even compare it to occultism based on the rejection of a non biblical Doctrine (Trinity) is to reject Jesus Christ himself.
Dear Sir,
The Oneness view is A.K.A. the Apostles view (the Apostles doctrine) I am familiar with the belief system of Mormons and Jehovah's Witnesses. Trust me, their falsehood has nothing to do with their rejection of the doctrine of Trinity. They have many, many more hurdles to overcome to be in right standing with God.

To accept the Apostles doctrine, which is what Oneness does, is to accept Jesus Christ. To reject the Apostles doctrine, is to reject Christ.
Anthony you said: I will say to you though, that to reject the doctrine of the Trinity is to reject Christ and Christianity, because the Trinity is an integral part of orthodox Christian belief. To deny it, is to deny both Christ and Christianity.

What you have stated is not Biblical, nor is it Scriptural. No where does the Bible state "To reject the doctrine of the Trinity, is to reject Christ and Christianity." You know this, that is why you didn't attach a Scripture reference to that statement, as is your habit. That is another clear example of eisegesis. Do you know what eisegesis is?
Mr. Deep, since you have so much depth, answer the questions. Help our shallow minds. You Trinitarians are really just educated Catholics. High minded and puffed up big time!
Well actually, I'm not from Kentucky but from Michigan, I got a good deal on a Mansion, and paid cash for it. And as for the offer to send power ties, I do except gifts. You're pretty hilarious yourself, I did not know theologians had such a sense of humor. LOL ROFL
Rest Of GOD:

To say what you said about being educated Catholics is a purely brainwashed statement, and I'll show you exactly why:

-The point that I stated about you all rejecting historical documents was proven by your statement right there. You fear what the Apostolic Fathers had to say concerning your doctrine, especially since the first ones to speak against your doctrine openly and specifically were disciples of the Apostles themselves.

-The term Catholic means "Universal" and was first coined by a person that was NOT apart of the Church of Rome: Bishop Ignatius of Antioch. The Roman Catholic Church is not the only Church to use the term Catholic, my friend. They aren't even the FIRST Church to use it! Instead of falsely claiming to be non-denominational, saints actually need to interact with denominations other than Baptists, Pentecosts, A.M.E., and one that didn't trace its roots back to Roman Church. There is a whole world outside of the Protestant mentality ya now, and it is called the Kingdom of GOD!!
What?
What do you mean "what"? My statements were clear and true. The Oneness followers often reject actually studying Church History because history speaks against it. In fact, I have seen Oneness reject going into the original Greek and Hebrew of the scriptures for a better understanding of the Word of GOD! This isn't an insult, just my experience that has been proven time after time, including here and now. Also, most Christians know little to nothing about the rest of the Church. All they think is "its Protestants vs Roman Catholics". Do you really think that the Church of Rome is the only other Church outside of the Protestant section of the Body of Christ???
