AN AMERICAN GOD DESERVES AMERICAN PRAISE

“AN AMERICAN GOD DESERVES AMERICAN PRAISE”

One morning I awoke with a song repeatedly playing in my spirit, but the lyrics weren’t correct. Have you heard the song “An incredible God deserves incredible praise”? Well that was the song but the lyrics were different. The lyrics I heard were, “An American God deserves American praise”. The song wouldn’t stop. I asked the Lord why that song and why change the lyrics. He… Continue

HE WHO FINDS A WIFE....

How many times have you heard the scripture quoted... He who finds a wife finds a good thing; and obtains favor from the LORD. Most who quote that scripture don't even know where it is in the Bible let alone what other scriptures is correlates to. But they use it to prove that women shouldnt be out searching for a husband and men should be on the hunt for a wife. But is this really what this passage means? Are their companion scriptures to go along with this passage? Just how does one go about… Continue

SHE'S WEARING MY SKIRT!!!!

SHE’S WEARING MY SKIRT!

Have you ever gone shopping and purchased a beautiful skirt (women) or handsome suit (men) only to arrive at an event or church and someone else is wearing the same outfit?! One time, I bought a really “diva-licious” skirt. Man it looked great. I attended an event and what did I see, someone else wearing “MY” skirt! “What is this? Darn, I should have worn something else.” When I thought about it, I smiled because we both looked good in the skirt.… Continue

SAY MY NAME, SAY MY NAME

I have friends from various ethnicities who say my name according to the language that they speak. My name is translated according to the closest name in their original language.

For example: my name is Tracy

but in Spanish or in French, the closes translation of my name is the word used for Theresa

Teresita (spanish for little Theresa) or Therese (French for Theresa).

I always wondered why I was never offended when they called me a translation of my… Continue

HE'S HERE!!! HE'S HERE!!

He's here, He's here!!!

I find it interesting that I often heare this exclamation when there is an excited frenzy and jovial energy in a place where Believers are gathered to worship.

Can the Holy Spirit also be present in a place where Believers are engaged in everyday activity?

The lyrics to a wonderful song are as follows:

The presence of the Lord is here

I feel it in the atmosphere

The presence of the Lord is here

The power of… Continue

BUILD THE ARK!!!

Friends,

Has our heavenly Father given you instructions to build a ministry, a business, a family, a relationship but it seems like an insurmountable task? Well, I admonish you to remember Noah.

You see they mocked Noah because they didn’t see what he saw, nor understood that it was the Lord guiding him to complete such a monumental task that would take Noah years to complete it. The people scoffed at Noah simply because they didn’t understand who put the task on Noah.… Continue

GOD TOOK EVERYTHING I WAS....

Below is my theme and song for the year 2009.

God took everything I was and made me what I am; and with all I am I worship Him. I'm filled so much with gratitude that words are not enough to explain the magnitude the passion of my love. Lord, this year, forever and for always I will have The Attitude of Gratitude (TAG). Thank you for T.A.G. Ministries, International.

Do nothing from selfishiness or conceit, but in humility, count other better than yourselves. Look… Continue
