Recently as I was meditating I was asking God how is it that so many are professing salvation and it seems that not many are embracing the principles of Godly living. Let me disclaim here, because I realize that all of us have our personal struggles and I am not speaking about that. It just seems to me that believers are comfortable living in sin (openly - the old folks used to call it shacking), comfortable doing certain things that are contrary to the word of God and although no one wants…

There are three ways to invite new friends today.
1. Call or talk to your pastor, other ministers, friends, or members of your church.
2. Click on the INVITE tab and manually add their email address to send an invitation.
3. This is the most advanced Invite method (and most effective)... In the "MAIL Inbox" area (ABOVE LEFT envelope icon next to your profile name) you will see the option to "Import addresses from Yahoo,…

Take your places; stand quietly and see the incredible rescue operation God will perform for you....2 Chron. 20:17
Position and action, that is two of the most important things we can do in this walk. We must first be in position, are we where the mantle can fall on us when it is released to take us to our next phase of this walk with Christ? What are we doing when we get there? Are we in the way and blocking the work that God wants to perform are…

In todays society we have alot of/ to many people who are so in love with/ have knew revelatoins for us from God. Now the Church is being asked about it's relevance. The disturbing thing about this is that the Question is being asked by church attendees/ the worldly folks. In all my days i honestly have not heard such blasphemy from inside the body as i do today. We must first realize and understand that the body of CHRIST has many members yet there is one body. The Church is and will always…

All day today, you are encouraged to create a group for your local area.
We call these groups "LOCAL CHAPTERS" and these groups will be used to bring people together in areas across the country for events, fellowship, and support.
If you are interested in leading a local chapter of the Black Preaching Network, create a group today.

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! I am so honored to share a word that God has given me with you all. Recently, I've been thinking about how so many of our youth, and even many of us adults and "seasoned" saints are getting caught up with things that are causing us to stumble in our walk with the Lord. The Lord spoke to me and said that the devil is using the lust of the flesh and the the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life to entice people.
(1 John…

The Advantages of Teamwork
Many of us are called into leadership positions, but do we really know what being a LEADER means? The definition of a leader is:
1. One that leads or conducts; a guide; a conductor.
2. A chief; a commander; a captain.
3. One who goes first.
Firstly, you CANNOT be a leader if you have no one to lead. By the world's standards, when we think of a leader we think of one who leads a group of people or one who has…

What do you think about devout Christains that attend church regularly, they pray, fast, have prayer meetings and fellowship dinners on a regular basis. Yet when it comes down to making a real decision that could possible impact another persons lively-hood then they compromise their intergrity, and without having any amount of compuction about it. I do understand that no one is perfect, however, Christain people have a bad tendency of doing things in the wrong way when they are always…

Yesterday I was excessively delayed on the way to take my son and daughter to their football and cheer practices.
My daughter just haaaaaaaad to take her time performing an extreme makeover "Adolescent Edition". She had been at the waterpark all day and the nanny (sound's like wer'e rich doesn't it) washed and braided her hair. Apparently she felt that the braids looked too ethnic because while locked up in her room, she spent 20 minutes undoing and reorganizing them into a…

Just in case you think that you are to hard for God.
Just in case you think that you have messed up beyond measure.
Just in case you feel that you are not good enough to be loved.
Just in case you have been led to believe that you are not to be honored.
Just in case you were told that you were and always will be good for nothing.
Just in case you are carrying around the burdens of misconceptions and falsities.
Just in case you are walking in the…
